DragonBoat Calligraphy for Calligrapgy design class.

The idea is comes from

端午节 / Chinese Dumpling Festival/Dragon Boat Festival

Dragon Boat Festival is celebrated on the 5th day of the 5th month, 

thus called as Duan Wu Jie (端午节) or Double Fifth Festival. 

It celebrated by fierce dragon boat  that contains drums racing.(longzhou – 龙舟) . Also, they are preparing dumplings made from mixture of meat and rice which is wrapped on bamboo leaves. 

I've designed the alphabets with dragon boat on ocean, play with ocean waves design to creates different shape and form for the alphabets.
For RnD process of this exercise, my family and I had a great time visiting the

National Museum of Malaysia. Initially, I thought that it's not going to be a fun time but to my surprise, I actually got fascinated by the fabulous collection the museum has. I would absolutely recommend you visit this museum whenever possible.
